Cancellation & Rescheduling
At THE 1 BEAUTY WORLD, we reserve dedicated time especially for your appointment. We appreciate your understanding that last-minute cancellations make it difficult to accommodate other clients.
Deposit
A $20 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or request to reschedule.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the $20 booking deposit being forfeited.
If no deposit was paid, a late cancellation fee may apply before future bookings can be accepted.
Courtesy Exception
We understand that genuine emergencies can happen.
At our sole discretion, we may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule for exceptional circumstances. Any future late cancellations or rescheduling requests will be subject to this policy.
A courtesy exception is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
No-Show
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the $20 booking deposit being forfeited, and future bookings may require payment in advance.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. Your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. If we are unable to perform the service due to your late arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation.
Agreement
By making a booking with THE 1 BEAUTY WORLD, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
