Cancellation & Rescheduling

At THE 1 BEAUTY WORLD, we reserve dedicated time especially for your appointment. We appreciate your understanding that last-minute cancellations make it difficult to accommodate other clients.

Thank you for providing your card details to secure your appointment. A $20 deposit per person is taken at the time of booking and deducted from your total on the day.

We know that plans can change, so we ask that any cancellation or reschedule is made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Otherwise, the following applies:

  • Cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours: the $20 deposit is forfeited
  • No-show (not attending without contacting us): the remaining balance of your booked services is charged to the card on file

Your card will only be charged if the cancellation policy is not met. Card details are stored securely by Stripe. We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to manage appointments fairly for all clients.

Additional Notes:

  • If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened. If the service cannot be performed, it is treated as a cancellation within 24 hours.
  • Genuine emergencies: we may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule at our discretion.
